She operates a small business called Mustard Beetle through which she designs and produces hand-printed Textiles, Prints, and Goods. Elizabeth and Mustard Beetle are both very inspired by the natural world. With a focus on flora and fauna, Elizabeth captures fleeting moments of our fragile ecosystem.
