Cynthia Mann – Art Director & Co-Founder Cynthia is the creative visionary behind Birch Fabrics. An organic fabric enthusiast and mother of two boys, she founded Birch in 2009 out of a love for eco-friendly textiles and a desire to fill a gap she noticed in her local fabric stores. Cynthia believes that intentional, heartfelt action can contribute to a healthier planet. Jason Rector – Lead Designer Jason began his career as a Multimedia Designer in the Bay Area, building a diverse design background over many years. As Lead Designer at Birch Fabrics, he brings Charley Harper’s iconic art to life through striking, beautiful patterns for print. Jason has loved watching Birch grow into an amazing company and cherishes collaborating with the talented team that continues to drive the company into a new era. Born from a passion for organic fabrics, Birch Fabrics has become a beloved name in eco-conscious quilting and sewing. Together, Jason and Cynthia—operating as JayCyn Designs—lead a talented team committed to designing beautiful fabrics with heart and sustainability in mind.
